Drain Cleaner - Toilet Cleaner - Sewage Cleaner Nepal

Drain is the process of drawing off the liquid from the container or tanks via pipe or certain channels, Whereas the Drainage is the process of draining liquid from the surface or under the surface of earth which may be a natural or artificial process. Similarly sewage is the waste collected in the Sewer system. Sewe r is the system of Drain pipes that carries waste water and materials from the Houses to the wastewater treatment plant or the dumping sites. Drain and toilet pipelines need equal care, maintenance and installation as drinking water pipelines. It’s recommended to offer toilet fitting, sewage chamber construction and sewer pipelines installation contracts to the Drain Specialist rather than the normal tap plumber or general contractor. Septic Tank Cleaning Cost

The Cost of Septic Tank Cleaning in Nepal depends upon various factors like the condition of septic tank, the condition of sludge inside the tank, since how long it is being used or unused, how far is your home/office/restaurant from our service area. The price of Septic Tanks cleaning also increases if the pipe required to pump is more than one roll i.e. 30m or if the septic tank is located more than 5 feet  below the ground level. We also charge an extra amount if there are more insoluble foreign objects that need to be filtered out Or if the sludge is highly viscous and needs to be stirred manually by adding water.

Septic Tanks which are filled after more than 10 years are tough to clean in comparison to the tanks which are filled within 10 years duration. Those tanks which are left unused for many years after using them for some years are very difficult to clean. Our machine may not be able to pump the sludge because the sludge might have become very thick, sticky and viscous like mud. In such conditions we may follow a manual cleaning process which is a bit costlier than emptying by sewage tankers. Another problem arises when the Septic Tank is inaccessible by vehicles. In such cases the waste/sludge from the Septic Tank must be disposed of manually.

While Manually Cleaning Septic Tanks the cost may vary from 115$ to 400$ or more depending upon the volume of the sludge and location of the disposal site.

Septic tank cleaning cost also depends on whether it is Conventional septic tank or a Modern Septic tank. Traditional septic tank walls are constructed using stones or just by digging pits only. Traditionally built septic tanks doest have partition walls for separation of solid and liquid waste. In such septic tanks foreign objects also get mixed with the sludge which makes it difficult in the tank emptying process. Septic tank covers are not built properly and are large in size which is very difficult to open and close after cleaning. There might not be any signs for locating the septic tanks and cover. In this condition where extra efforts need to be done before desludging septic tanks , we charge an extra fee.

Unlike traditional tanks Modern Septic Tanks are constructed with brick and mortar using modern methods and techniques which makes it durable and easier in the cleaning process. In modern safety tanks the side walls are plastered which prevents waste water from seeping to the walls and base of the building as a consequence the building stays strong. Their cover is also made small in size which can be easily located and removed for inspection and cleaning. So in such tanks no extra work is required to be done and the cleaning process is also quicker, hence we don’t charge an extra fee.

So above we have described the several conditions  of that Septic Tanks and the Factors that determine the cost of cleaning. What we conclude is that tanks which fill faster, easily accessible and built using modern ways cost lower charge in cleaning. The average Cost of Cleaning Septic Tanks in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur varies from 35$ to 50$ or more according to the conditions.
